Right of Withdrawal

Under European law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

VYRA extends this and offers a 30-day return period.

Hygiene & Sealed Products

VYRA Energy Strips are a food supplement, which means strict hygiene rules apply.

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

This means:

  • Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return
  • Opened products are not eligible for return or refund

Return Conditions

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened and sealed
  • The product is in its original condition

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace service. VYRA is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you can choose between:

  • A refund via your original payment method
  • Store credit

Refunds are processed within a few business days after approval.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund) at no additional cost.
